Nowadays Hair fall has become a common problem. A lot of people facing the problem of hair fall and trying to fix this as soon as possible. But dealing with hair fall is not easy. Hair fall is sometimes hereditary. But some other reasons can be like use of wrong hair products or certain medications. But do you know you few adaptable habits can also trigger hair fall? Tight hairstyles

If you are one of those who loves to tie their hair very tightly then you are more prone to hair fall. Tight hairstyles put pressure on your hair follicles which lead to damage in hair follicles. It can also permanently damage your hair follicle and make difficult for the hair to grow back. Tight hairstyles can also lead to constant headaches.  Try to keep your hair band loose. While making braids also keep your hair loose.

Poor diet

As per the busy schedule people are not taking the proper diet to keep them healthy. Did you know that consuming all the necessary nutrients is not just good for your overall health but for your hair as well. A balanced diet is very necessary for good hair health. Major changes in diet can also lead to hair fall. Make a balanced diet which contains all the nutrients for proper hair growth.

Combing wet hair

Never try to comb your wet hair. When you comb your wet hair, your hair is more likely to break. It makes the follicles weak and the pressure that the comb puts on wet hair leads to hair fall.

Not consuming enough iron

Iron deficiency and hair loss are related in many ways. Iron deficiency leads to low production of hemoglobin in the blood. Hemoglobin is responsible for carrying oxygen in the blood, which is required for the growth and repair of cells of your body. Hence iron is also responsible for stimulation of cells required for hair growth. You should consume more spinach, broccoli and legumes to promote hair growth.

Over styling

Everyone loves to style their hair according to the trends. Some of you love the funky hair colour while others keep switching between curls and straight hair. But constant styling can damage your hair and hair follicles as well. Use of heat and hair sprays leads to poor hair quality and quantity. If possible try to avoid colors and heat as much as possible. If you are already dealing with hair fall then you must immediately stop using these products to stop the hair fall.

Stress

Stress is also a major factor which can affect your hair. Due to the work and the busy lifestyle, stress is very common. If you take too much stress then it is obvious that you will face the hair fall problem. You should try to stay calm and relaxed. Try stress-relieving techniques like meditation, yoga, sports and exercising.
