Kapalbhati

Anulom Vilom

By doing this the gas made in your stomach is also removed. Apart from this digestion also happens. Also, respiratory illness is also removed. Make it ten minutes daily.

Halasana

The best posture for the stomach. This strengthens the muscles of the stomach and good for the digestion. Do it for ten minutes daily.

Bhujangasana
